Rob Morrell
Managing Director 

Rob has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years as both an Underwriter and Broker, and in more recent times has assumed the role of CEO and Responsible Officer of Austbrokers Terrace.

While Rob is our CEO he also enjoys working closely with clients. As part of his role he acts as our customer care manager working as a conduit between the client and the insurer to ensure that all matters are resolved satisfactorily.

Ian Kennedy
Director/Senior Broker 

Ian is a Senior Broker and Responsible Officer who has recently assumed a Directorship in Austbrokers Terrace and has served our industry for over 20 years.

While conversant in all areas of Insurance, Ian has a particularly high level of expertise in both the Engineering and Transport industries.

While Ian has a somewhat corporate bent, he is highly regarded by his clients for providing exemplary service on their domestic needs and thus is always in demand.

Tony Kelly
Senior Broker 

Tony recently celebrated 34 years of loyal service to Austbrokers Terrace.

That loyalty is extended to his clients, many of whom have been seeking his advice and service for a quarter of a century.

Tony specialises in dealing with clients who help comprise our ‘Professional Persons Scheme’, which has provided a superb product for such professions as those associated with the Dental Industry.

To be a client of Tony’s is to be a client serviced with professionalism and loyalty.

John Hocking
Senior Broker 

John has been an Insurance Broker for approximately 35 years, the last 12 with our Company, and has built a vast knowledge in all areas of Insurance in that time.

A genuine student of Insurance he is adept at maintaining both a great knowledge of Insurance principles and an up to the minute contemporary perspective on our volatile market.

John’s diverse client base is testimony to his broad knowledge and he is very much a broker for all.

Gary Forder

Gary joined Austbrokers Terrace as an 2006 following a stellar career, which has included over 25 years in Corporate Broking.

Gary specialises in Rail Insurance and the many associated offshoots of the rail industry, although his experience and knowledge lend themselves to any client with a considerable Insurance Portfolio.

Jerry Rasmussen
Senior Broker - Authorised Representative

Jerry joined Austbrokers Terrace as an Authorised Representative in 2010. Prior to this Jerry had a distinguished career managing international insurance brokers in Adelaide for nearly 30 years. 

Jerry bring a sophisticated analytical approach for managing his clients insurance needs. He maintains a thorough and determined reputation when it comes to achieving the best outcomes for his clients from the insurance market.

                     

Morgan Jones
Senior Broker 

Morgan began his career at Austbrokers Terrace after coming highly recommended directly from school. Being the youngest of our Senior Sales Team, Morgan has used his youthful enthusiasm to provide his clients with excellent and innovative service and has become a vital member of our team.

Morgan presents a great opportunity for a client with an emerging business to lay the foundation of a mutually rewarding relationship that has the potential to run for many years.

Dora Taddeo

Dora oversees our domestic lines insurance and recently celebrated 20 years of service with Austbrokers Terrace.

She remains a great example to our team by setting and maintaining standards that many others can only aspire to.

Tanya Ward
Compliance Manager 

Tanya has performed many different roles within our Industry over the last 20 years.

In recent times, however, we have utilised her skills as our Compliance Officer.

What has remained consistent though, is the exemplary standard she sets in performing this detailed and vital role.

Greg Thomas

Greg joined Austbrokers Terrace in 2010. Greg has over 20 years working experience in the Adelaide market both as an insurance underwriter and insurance agent. Greg bring a reliable and efficient broking services to his client and is a fantastic team player for the business.

Greg manages a variety of client ranging from complex engineering operations, large transport fleets through to individuals personal insurance needs.

Lisa Borg & Gina Dettore
Liaison Officer 

Lisa joined Austbrokers Terrace in 2007.  After a successful career with another Brokerage she has flourished in the role of providing Ian Kennedy with support.

Lisa is an enthusiastic client focussed member of our team.  She is a competent insurance market negotiator thriving on complex risk issues.. 

Gina has been part of this organisation for over twenty years. A great support to many of our clients over the years, Gina has recently assumed the role of our main processor and is vital to the running of our business behind the scenes

Rhiannon Williamson & Narelle Fletcher
Liaison Officers 

Rhiannon commenced with us in 2007 and has developed from general administration to broking service support. Rhiannon assists a number of our Senior Brokers with management of their clients insurance needs.

Narelle has been a long servant of Austbrokers Terrace have in excess of 19 years with the firm. She joined following a period of time with another Adelaide based insurance broker.

Narelle provides service support to a number of our Senior Brokers and handles a number of insurance matters directly with clients.

Nicky came to Austbrokers Terrace after being an Insurance Claims specialist with a large Insurer for over a decade.

She brings that understanding to her role as John Hocking’s Assistant and performs her tasks with a quiet professionalism that is valued by both our clients and team.

Sue Arthur
Receptionist 

As our Receptionist, Sue has been the happy, helpful voice that has greeted our clients for the past 6 years.

Sue also provides Administrative support within our office.
