We subscribe to the Insurance Brokers Code of Practice and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), a free customer service. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint either verbally or in writing 24 hours (or as soon as reasonably practicable) after receipt, taking in to account your communication preferences.
If your complaint is not successfully resolved by our office no later than 30 calendar days after receiving the complaint, it can be referred to AFCA to assist in making an independent assessment of your issue(s).
